In your view, what is the main value of your participation in the Innovation Booster & Lifestyle workshop in creating radical innovation? 

The workshop created a highly stimulating environment where business, technology, and research perspectives could meet. Beyond developing our own project, the networking and exchange with other participants generated valuable insights and new ways of thinking about innovation.

    What value have you gained today by further exploring your challenge through design thinking exercises? 

    The design thinking exercises helped us better frame the real market need behind the idea and reflect more deeply on scalability, user value, and business potential. It was very useful to challenge our assumptions in a collaborative setting.

      Which area did you discuss the most today: desirability, viability, or feasibility?

      We mainly discussed viability and desirability, especially how to create a scalable solution that provides real value to second-hand fashion retailers. Feasibility was also important, particularly regarding AI and data integration aspects.

        How important is it to focus on desirability when identifying and clarifying market demand for the developed solution in the early stages?

        It is fundamental because innovation must solve a concrete problem to generate adoption and impact.

          Understanding real user and market needs early helps guide the development process in a more effective and sustainable direction.

          How has the program helped you tap into academic or business knowledge and expertise in Switzerland?

          The program helped us connect practical business needs with academic expertise, especially through the collaboration with SUPSI’s AI department. It also created valuable networking opportunities with professionals and innovation stakeholders across Switzerland.
