Elena Marchiori, 
Digital Innovation Lead, Lugano Living Lab – City of Lugano and Lecturer at USI

Elena has extensive experience in managing applied research projects in the digital sector and in designing and coordinating open innovation initiatives in urban contexts, collaborating with businesses, academic institutions, public entities, and engaging citizens. Additionally, she is a lecturer at USI – Università della Svizzera italiana, where she has been teaching digital communication, digital analytics, and usability for over twelve years. She also conducts training activities in digital communication for the public administration. 

Janine Videva
Innovation Manager – Roche International 

Janine has significant experience in enabling innovation through customer-centric approaches. She has been with Roche since 2020 and currently focuses on incorporating desirability and viability aspects into early-stage digital health products. Previously, she served as a user researcher in the Global Customer Experience Design department. Before joining Roche, Janine worked in the tech startup sector in Switzerland and contributed to the early days of Lugano Living Lab for the City of Lugano.
